Key Position: Advanced Systems Developer The main task of this position involves close collaboration with stakeholders from various teams to obtain in-depth information on project requirements and objectives. This expert will lead cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of the propulsion systems. Primary Responsibilities: Apply advanced principles and methodologies to create highly reliable, efficient, and high-performance solutions. Lead meetings with stakeholders, actively listen to their concerns, facilitate productive discussions, and collaborate towards resolving any issues collectively. Deliver comprehensive presentations to leadership, highlighting significant progress and achievements during the development process. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Electrical/Electronics/Automotive field Strong understanding of cost and time implications. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders across different teams.
