**Role Summary**:Provide technical support to the customer on rotating equipment (centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, etc.) Perform support and technical assistance in maintenance, pre-commissioning, commissioning and commissioning of pumping equipment at the customer's premises, in accordance with standards and internal technical protocols of the company. support to the sales department (new and after-sales equipment), in everything related to the development of technical-economic proposals for the market.**Responsibilities & Requirements**:Reading the technical data of the pumps and their respective interpretations.Complete knowledge of vertical pumps and barrel mechanical equipment, centrifugal pumps and mechanical seals.Submit and deliver required OHN KEY untracked field service reports, as well as activity expense reports.Comply with up-to-date field service program according to customer needs.Prepare time-of-service reports correctly, considering the information requested in the formats to avoid reprocessing.Preparation of service reports within the requirements established in the formatSend the respective daily reports and time records in field service to the person in charge of recording in the system and feeding the folders.Preparation of the problem report with the necessary information in the formats and attaching the evidence that facilitates a future analysis of the failures.Participation in the investigation of the causes of failures, in order to identify the true responsibility for failures, assuming only the guarantees that correspond to Flowserve.Preparation of customer satisfaction surveys each time a service is provided.**Preferred Experience / Skills**: Technical o Mechanical/industrial engineer or related careers.5 years of experience in the roleKnowledge of mechanical seals or rotating equipment, fluid mechanics and manufacturing processes for manufacturing pumping equipment partsKnowledge and interpretation of drawings, sectional plans, materials, data sheets and pumping equipment specificationsKnowledge in predictive maintenance of industrial machines (rotary and related equipment)Desirable knowledge in vibration analysis and hydraulic evaluation.Definitive active CREA and CRTAvailability to travelIntermediate English (written)HUET, CBSP, NR 33 and NR 35 valid and desirable**Primary Posting Location**: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil**Job Advertising Title**: Field Service Temporary**Job Posting Category**: Operations**Employment Type**: Full time**Auto req ID**: 54821BR**Country**: BrazilFlowserve is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, gender, disability or protected veteran status.
