WHY JOIN US If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you About the role As a Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer (Node.js/Vue.js), you will play a pivotal role in evolving a high-growth e-commerce platform by architecting scalable solutions that directly impact the customer journey. Working within a collaborative Agile team, you will drive the integration of essential business systems and cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless service delivery. What you will do Analyze, architect, & build solutions based on business needs; Work in an agile team and participate in all stages of product development, from concept to release, and subsequent iterations to react to learnings and refinements; Contribute to the evolution of applications and internal tooling, enabling better experiences for customers and teammates; Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Node.js and Vue.js; Expose and manage various APIs to support core business functions; Handle key areas of the business, including inventory management, order processing, and product data handling; Synchronize with external Customer Service services to ensure seamless operations; Maintain and expose APIs for internal and external use; Integrate with FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) and FBA order systems; Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions; Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability; Ensure data integrity and security across platforms. Must haves 5+ years of development experience in Node.js ; 3+ years of development experience in Front End, ideally Vue.js ; Experience with RESTful API design and implementation ; Demonstrated experience in integrating third-party APIs ; Experience with database technologies, including MySQL and MongoDB ; Knowledge of AWS services for cloud-based applications ; Experience with Redis for caching and data storage; Familiarity with API development and integration; Strong understanding of software development best practices, including code versioning and testing; Upper-intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVES You are passionate about writing clean, modern, maintainable, & highly-performant code; You have a pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems; You have experience working in an Agile environment ; You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room; You have self-awareness and a desire to continually improve.
