Key responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of academic practices and processes guidelines to be implemented at all units.- Monitor Red House schools in all their educational processes with different departments and stakeholders (internal and external).- Follow the pedagogical project of the Red House units and ensure its quality.- Support and guide partner schools’ authorization at the local Board of Education.- Support and guide partner schools in the process of hiring the pedagogical team.- Attend meetings with all the schools´ coordination and board every fortnight for pedagogical monitoring and troubleshooting.- Give individual support in-person or by telephone whenever necessary to the specific demands from the pedagogical coordinators from all schools.- Organize and run training courses with all the Red House pedagogical teams in conjunction with the People Design team;- Follow the new units’ first weeks of classes to ensure the good adaptation of students and staff.- Organize and participate in on-site visits in schools for pedagogical evaluation (School Excellence Program)- Periodically supervise schools´ planning to ensure that the Teaching Guide is being followed.- Participate, together with the Support Department, in the planning of activities for students with special needs and inclusion cases.- Guide and support the units in writing events´ briefings.- Report to the Head of Education Quality Assurance of all special attention processes and referrals as well as the routine processes from all Red House units;- Contribute to the digital transformation of the area through the use of technologies, including Red House's Content Management System (CMS);- Availability for travel;- Experience in schools, especially in early childhood education and elementary school.- Practice in school management.- Great oral and written communication skills, especially in English- Great interpersonal relationship skills.- Analytical profile.- Critical vision.- Digital thinking.- Focus on prioritization and troubleshooting.- Knowledge of bilingual teaching methodologies.- Experience in the development and running of training courses.- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.- Proven experience in coordination or in bilingual school leadership positions (desirable).**Education**:- Higher education in majors such as Pedagogy, Language Teaching, Production Engineering or Business;- Fluency in English and Portuguese (reading, writing and conversation)
