Here we offer you an exciting and dynamic work environment and will equip you with the know-how that will stretch and enhance your career journey.Role Summary:Responsável pelo planejamento (anual e mensal), acompanhamento e controle das atividades operacionais do portfólio de projetos além da elaboração monitoramento e divulgação de recomendações específicas da área de P&D Florestal, elaborando e realizando análise crítica dos KPI's, garantindo que as atividades sejam realizadas dentro dos prazos, padrões de qualidade e orçamentos estabelecidos para o processo.**Responsibilities**:- Elaborar, estruturar e controlar as atividades operacionais do portfólio de projetos da área de P&D Florestal;- Interagir com as áreas de Silvicultura, Colheita, Geoprocessamento, Qualidade, Planejamento e Controle e P&D Industrial, de forma a garantir e otimizar a realização das operações de P&D Florestal;- Planejar, estruturar e controlar as atividades/recomendações específicas da área de P&D Florestal;- Assegurar o correto planejamento e execução das atividades sob sua responsabilidade, mediante adequada alocação dos recursos humanos, técnicos, financeiros e materiais disponíveis, com sistemático controle orçamentário e oportuna correção de desvios;- Garantir o adequado apoio técnico às operações florestais, industriais e comerciais, na qualidade e prazos requeridos;- Manter-se constantemente atualizado sobre as inovações tecnológicas na sua área de atuação, por meio da participação em congressos, reuniões técnicas relacionadas ao seu escopo de trabalho, além da sistemática promoção de intercâmbios com centros de pesquisas, universidades e empresas do segmento;- Subsidiar a elaboração, adequação e cumprimento de normas, controles e sistemas dos processos de gestão da empresa.**Requirements**:- Engenharia Florestal, agrônoma ou afins;- Vivência sólida na área florestal, pesquisa aplicada ou agronômica. Bons conhecimentos em Excel, banco de dados, redação de documentos e sistema de informações florestais (SGF);- Ter conhecimentos em ferramentas como Power BI, Python, Survey123 será um diferencial;- Inglês desejável.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
