This position reports to the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs and supervises other helpdesk and training staff. Responsibilities Develop data solutions to support unit goals and serve as a point of contact for faculty support Mine, process, and summarize data for Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development activities and initiatives Convert data into insights that inform decision‑making Maintain proficiency in relevant software and databases Ensure data quality and integrity Provide technical advice, problem‑solving assistance, and answer questions; refer issues to appropriate personnel as needed Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications & Competencies Advanced skills in software applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
