We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Developer to create interactive dashboards and reports that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed analytics and develop technical specifications for Tableau implementation.
  • Design, develop, and deploy data visualizations, custom visuals, and paginated reports using Tableau.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data models.
  • Integrate Tableau reports with other applications using embedded analytics and APIs.
  • Optimize performance and usability of Tableau dashboards.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain DAX queries and measures.
  • Implement row-level security on data based on user roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, and analytics.
  • Proven experience in Tableau development and data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling.
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills for interfacing with business users and stakeholders.
