OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on projects with a major OEM, developing digital platforms and connected services for the automotive industry. In this role, you will design and implement scalable web and cloud solutions that integrate with in-vehicle systems, ensuring performance, security, and seamless user experience across platforms. Hashlist is a platform for projects within the automotive industry. We establish supplier relationships with automotive companies and provide a one-stop shop for candidates interested in working in the industry. Location: Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil. Contract type and compensation are presented below. ResponsibilitiesDevelop front-end and back-end software for connected vehicle and mobility platforms Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures Collaborate with UX/UI designers, embedded engineers, and system architects Ensure software quality through CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and DevOps practices Implement cloud-native integrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for large-scale digital/IoT environments Apply coding best practices (DRY, KISS, YAGNI) and maintain high test coverage across unit, integration, and component levels Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and cybersecurity Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 6+ years of full stack development experience Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot ; additional experience in Python, Node.js, or other modern languages is a plus Experience with cloud systems, microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and distributed architectures Hands-on experience with databases and messaging systems (MongoDB, Redis, Kafka) Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Delivery in Agile/Scrum environments Experience in IoT or automotive digital platforms is an advantage Employment typeContract type: Freelance engagement or permanent position Salary Hourly: BRL 94,00 - 126,00 Monthly Salary: BRL 15.040,00 - 20.160,00 as Contractor (CNPJ) Seniority levelMid-Senior level #J-18808-Ljbffr
