ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core / .NET Framework Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, business analysts, and QA engineers Implement solutions that support electronic trading flows and fixed income instruments Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in a high-demand environment Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps Work closely with global teams in a hybrid agile environment Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production systems Requirements5+ years of experience in .NET Core and .NET Framework development Solid understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming Experience with Azure DevOps for build, release, and deployment pipelines Previous experience working in banking , financial services , or electronic trading platforms Knowledge of fixed income products (bonds, treasuries, etc.) Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures Strong analytical and communication skills Fluency in English is mandatory Nice to HaveExperience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) Exposure to FIX protocol or trading APIs Experience working in regulated environments or financial compliance contexts Hybrid ModelWork onsite in São Paulo a few days per week Seniority levelAssociate Employment typeFull-time Job functionInformation Technology IndustriesSoftware Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
