**QA Engineer**
**Project Information***
International project with a large pharmacy benefits management company based in the USA.
This is a remote project where you will work from home.
**Responsibilities***
**What is expected of you for success in your role**:
Analyze user requirements, design documents and other documentation to develop detailed test plans and test cases
Execute functional and regression test cases, report and document all issues, test cases ran, test results, and testing summaries in detail
Perform SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data
Work with development team and customers to clearly understand the functionality under test to help determine test cases and clearly communicate issues found
Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture
Ability to coordinate the flow of information between developers, technical support, product owners, and fellow QA team members
**Requirements**:
- Must have
- Fluent English
- 3 years’ experience in a QA role
- Experience using a bug tracking tool such as JIRA
- Sense of urgency, an ability to be able to prioritize daily tasks and issues
- Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
- Experience understanding business requirements and writing test cases
- Nice to have
- Familiarity with automated testing platforms for both UI and API, such as Selenium and Rest Assured
- 2 years’ experience testing complex Web Applications
- 2 years’ experience with Databases/SQL Language
