Manager - Onboarding & Contractor Care I Gerente - Gestão de Terceiros e Temporários Service Delivery, Onboard · Overall accountability for ensuring that all compliance for candidates is managed in a timely manner according to specific client SLAs. · Ensures the team, on receipt of candidate offer, contact candidate by phone to confirms details and explain compliance/screening process. · Manages the e Staff tool to ensure e Staff packages sent to candidate to complete onboarding documentation and checks. · Supports completing of referencing as per contract requirements and any credit checks, education, CRB, etc. · Manges the relationship with internal stakeholders, including confirmation to Sourcing / Vendor Partners / MSP for candidate to start. · Ensure system and data integrity by overseeing the accurate and timely entry of compliance data into relevant systems. People Management Provide direction, support, and motivation to team members on daily basis · Set both professional and personal development goals for self and team · Conduct performance reviews EXPERIÊNCIA: É necessário ter experiência na na gestão de terceiros e temporários. É necessário ter experiência com onboarding. É necessário inglês fluente. LOCALIZAÇÃO: Av. das Nações Unidas, 14.401 - Chácara Santo Antônio, o nosso modelo de trabalho é híbrido, sendo 3 vezes por semana presencial e 2 vezes por semana home office.
