Job Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for the end-to-end process control such as recruitment demand, attendance data control, timely bill payment, and other processes; also responsible for labor cost control and elimination in this performance region, mainly including:
- Establish and implement employment demand planning and strategy formulation for O-sequence employees in FTIC SA REGION, ensuring predictability, sustainability, and stability of demand;
- Based on our actual business needs, continuously improve the utilization strategy and management system of human resources suppliers;
- Continuous promotion of employment compliance;
- Responsible for the entire process design and control from recruitment to employment, attendance data management, and timely bill payment, with relative departments such as the financial department and SSC team;
- Whole life process management of various human resources suppliers' recruitment, introduction, management, and elimination;
- Continuous analysis and optimization of the labor cost model;
- Establish and manage the supplier management system, continuously motivate and optimize suppliers;
- Optimize supplier data management, coordinate with product departments to optimize data management, and continuously assist in improving the effectiveness of supplier management through data analysis;
- Maintain relationships with relevant labor and employment departments;
- Responsible for managing the team to complete departmental tasks.
Requirements
- Education and major: Bachelor's degree or above;
- Work experience: Over 8 years;
- Knowledge and skills: Supplier management, human resources related knowledge;
- Industry understanding: Understand the market/industry dynamics and trends in the professional field, adjust strategies in a timely manner, and effectively meet business development needs;
- System thinking: Thinking about problems from a global perspective and dynamic development perspective to form systematic solutions;
- Drive execution: Able to effectively set standards based on work objectives, continuously track and adjust, and ensure implementation; Iterative innovation: constantly seeking opportunities for work breakthroughs, implementing new methods or technologies;
- Collaborative win-win: Based on the perspective of team win-win, it can promote consensus among all parties and actively contribute to improving collaboration efficiency;
- Developing talents: Through reasonable authorization, providing training resources, feedback, and coaching, etc., helping team members improve;
- Strong compliance awareness: Familiar with local labor and outsourcing compliance requirements in Brazil to ensure employment compliance;
- English proficiency: English can be used as a working language.
