Backend Software Engineer We are looking for a skilled software engineer to develop and maintain our backend systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing production services using Python and FastAPI. Technical Skills: Design, implement, maintain, improve, and document backend systems (Python, FastAPI) for machine learning features. Manage and optimize databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Milvus) for application storage. Improve observability and reliability for distributed workloads (structured logging, metrics, retry/backoff strategies, traces). Help maintain and orchestrate containerized development workflows (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes) and CI checks. Raise the bar for testing (unit + integration) to ensure high code quality and reliability. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and optimizing calls to LLM APIs and agentic frameworks. They will also mentor other engineers and drive architectural decisions.
