**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with our Engineering and Product leadership teams to identify effective and creative recruitment strategies to hire amazing talent.
We're looking for a results-driven team player with experience hiring technical roles.
**A day in the life**:
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to identify, build, and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and the brightest talent
- Participate in recruitment and networking events
- Keep up to date on industry and talent acquisition trends and best practices
**What you bring to the team**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience; 1+ years recruiting for technical roles
- Results driven and outcomes focused
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and natural ability to build trusting relationships
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Excellent organizational, priority management skills, and detail-oriented
- Proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented
- Excellent collaborator and team player
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and great sense of humour
