We aim to be the operating system for our clients' businesses, helping them and their employees improve clinical outcomes.**About the Role**:Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with our Engineering and Product leadership teams to identify effective and creative recruitment strategies to hire amazing talent.We're looking for a results-driven team player with experience hiring technical roles.**A day in the life**:- Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to identify, build, and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and the brightest talent- Participate in recruitment and networking events- Keep up to date on industry and talent acquisition trends and best practices**What you bring to the team**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent- 2-3 years of recruitment experience; 1+ years recruiting for technical roles- Results driven and outcomes focused- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and natural ability to build trusting relationships- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment- Excellent organizational, priority management skills, and detail-oriented- Proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented- Excellent collaborator and team player- Proficient in English, both spoken and written- Continuous improvement mindset- Enthusiastic, passionate, and great sense of humour**What Makes AlayaCare a Great Place to Work**:- Help make a positive impact in the lives of countless care workers and care recipients- An entrepreneurial culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation- Career growth and development opportunities- Flexible time off- Work from anywhere in Brazil
