Ready to Press Play on Potential?**Let's start with the role**The Global Public Policy & Government Affairs team operates across a wide and diverse spectrum of functions and workstreams, encompassing government relations, policy expertise on various issues, risk and crisis management, outreach, partnerships, and coalition-building.The team's mission is to design and advocate for effective solutions to critical gaming and technology challenges, fostering a political, legislative, and regulatory landscape that protects people while also encouraging growth and innovation for our business.**As a Public Policy & Legislative Affairs you will**:- Develop and implement public policy strategies to advance Kaizen Gaming's business objectives in the Brazilian Congress;- Monitor and analyze political and legislative developments affecting the GameTech industry;- Engage with lawmakers and staff to advocate for Kaizen Gaming's policy positions and interests;- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, Communications, and Product, to align business objectives with public policy goals;- Build and maintain strong networks with relevant stakeholders, including lawmakers, policymakers, industry leaders, and advocacy groups;- Provide strategic advice to leadership on emerging policy issues and their potential impact on the company's operations and growth;- Prepare and deliver written reports, policy briefs, and presentations to effectively communicate complex issues to internal and external stakeholders;- Represent Kaizen Gaming in industry coalitions, conferences, and public policy forums;- Promote a positive reputation for Kaizen Gaming through proactive engagement with stakeholders and thought leadership;- Lead crisis management efforts from a public policy perspective, developing mitigation strategies as needed.**What you'll bring**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field;- Minimum of 10 years of experience in government relations, public policy, or related fields, preferably within the technology and/or gaming sectors;- Outstanding judgment, persuasive and lobbying skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and often uncertain environment;- Strong understanding of legislative processes in Brazil, with established relationships within the public policy community;- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with the ability to build and maintain influential networks;- Proven ability to manage complex issues, analyze policy trends, and provide strategic guidance to leadership;- Deep experience working across multiple functions, influencing, and collaborating with others to successfully implement programs and initiatives; history of successful cross-functional team and leadership collaboration;- Experience working in a multinational environment, with a collaborative and results-driven approach;- Fluency in Portuguese and English language, both spoken and written.- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.**Kaizen Gaming Perks**- Hybrid way of working- A buddy will support you with your onboarding- Competitive pay & bonus scheme- ️ Private health insurance for you and your family- Monthly meal allowance- Developmental 360° feedback framework- Unlimited access to Udemy & continuous training**Recruitment Privacy Notice**Regarding the data you share with us, you may find and read our recruitment privacy notice here.**Recruitment Privacy Notice**Regarding the data you share with us, you may find and read our recruitment privacy notice here.
