Application Project Consultant-SAP SDKEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS- Project Delivery- Actively participate with the team in planning and setting IRM deliverables;- Design and develop new IT solutions in collaboration with the team;- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project delivery and solution design;- Clarify project requirements to satisfy customers’ needs and expectations;- Deliver project on time and on budget;- Ensure proper hand over of project delivery to other teams.- Process Improvement- Identify and prioritize IT process improvements;- Participate actively in Process Feedback and Process Improvement during Scrum, Gemba, Sprint Retro meetings, etc;- Support new process implementation and sustainability.- Skills Development- Develop new soft, business process and technical skills to reinforce the ability to design various IT solutions, enlarge his/her expertise and teamwork abilities in a scrum development approach;- Share his/her expertise to enhance the skills of other members.- Experience in working in an Agile / Lean environment would be beneficial- Experience in a Manufacturing and Distribution environment and global exposure would be an asset;- Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
