Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience working on enterprise or managed service environments. They will be highly skilled in Microsoft 365, Intune, and mobile device management, with a solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory. Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into their existing infrastructures. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments. Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation. Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability. Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development. Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in systems engineering in enterprise or managed service environments. Strong background in Intune and mobile device management. Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions. Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems. Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation. Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices. Benefits: This is a fully remote position, on a B2B contract basis, offering competitive rates.
