Overview
Implementations Project Manager, Fund Admin is responsible for supporting new Investor Services customers in their journey into Carta services. You will drive operational excellence within our fast-growing Investor Services business by coordinating, facilitating and managing onboarding activities that are critical to achieving success for both our customers and Carta within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities- Support new Fund Administration, Portfolio Insights, and Valuations clients by onboarding them onto Carta – implementing the client’s limited partners list, investments, capitalization table and securities
- Extract relevant information from operating agreements and subscription documents to upload limited partners to Carta
- Analyze data thoroughly and precisely to maintain data integrity throughout the onboarding process
- Act as the bridge post-sales between sales and Investor Services teams
- Coordinate and manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects by communicating with and motivating clients
- Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process
- Work closely with product and engineering to improve the onboarding experience for customers
You’ll play a critical role in transforming the financial services industry by partnering with new clients and helping them implement Carta software. You will interact with a fund’s back office (CFO, fund manager) to collect historical data, provide advisory support, and deliver accurate data to both the client and internal stakeholders.

- Proven success in a project management capacity

- Experience implementing and managing projects with sustained, measurable success
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities autonomously
- Ambitious, proactive, and capable of going above and beyond baseline requirements
- Interest in working with enterprise software
Carta’s compensation package includes a market-competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. If you are located in New York, NY, the minimum cash compensation salary range for this role is $81,000 - $85,000 (plus commission where applicable). We are hiring for multiple levels and locations; final offers may vary based on geography, experience, and other factors.
