Overview

Implementations Project Manager, Fund Admin is responsible for supporting new Investor Services customers in their journey into Carta services. You will drive operational excellence within our fast-growing Investor Services business by coordinating, facilitating and managing onboarding activities that are critical to achieving success for both our customers and Carta within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Support new Fund Administration, Portfolio Insights, and Valuations clients by onboarding them onto Carta – implementing the client’s limited partners list, investments, capitalization table and securities
  • Extract relevant information from operating agreements and subscription documents to upload limited partners to Carta
  • Analyze data thoroughly and precisely to maintain data integrity throughout the onboarding process
  • Act as the bridge post-sales between sales and Investor Services teams
  • Coordinate and manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects by communicating with and motivating clients
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process
  • Work closely with product and engineering to improve the onboarding experience for customers
The Impact You’ll Have

You’ll play a critical role in transforming the financial services industry by partnering with new clients and helping them implement Carta software. You will interact with a fund’s back office (CFO, fund manager) to collect historical data, provide advisory support, and deliver accurate data to both the client and internal stakeholders.

From sale close to implementation, and continued customer success, the ideal Implementations Project Manager will exhibit excellent communication, strong problem-solving, velocity, adaptability, and a constant drive to improve processes to provide customers with a world-class onboarding experience.

  • Proven success in a project management capacity
  • Ability to interpret a story through unstructured data
  • Experience working with financial data and information
  • Great interpersonal skills – empathy and strong communication
  • Experience working with clients
  • Experience implementing and managing projects with sustained, measurable success
  • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities autonomously
  • Ambitious, proactive, and capable of going above and beyond baseline requirements
  • Interest in working with enterprise software
Salary

Carta’s compensation package includes a market-competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. If you are located in New York, NY, the minimum cash compensation salary range for this role is $81,000 - $85,000 (plus commission where applicable). We are hiring for multiple levels and locations; final offers may vary based on geography, experience, and other factors.
