Responsibilities: · Lead and own the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. · Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. · Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/Rest APIs, and declarative tools. · Focus on Salesforce Vlocity development with an emphasis on Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)/CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures (IPs). · Manage offshore team and support existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning. · Provide technical leadership to junior developers, including planning, assigning, and reviewing their tasks, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. · Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize tickets based on urgency, impact, and business value. · Estimate effort and timelines for user stories and tasks to support effective sprint planning. · Plan and create sprints, ensuring a balanced workload and alignment with project timelines and objectives. · Assign tasks to team members based on skillsets, availability, and delivery priorities. · Conduct daily stand-up meetings to track progress, gather updates, and identify and resolve blockers. · Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of dependencies and issues impacting delivery. · Liaise with the testing team to review test scenarios and support test planning activities. Qualifications: · Proven experience leading Salesforce projects through the full SDLC. · Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools. · Strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, particularly with EPC/CPQ, CLM, Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, and IPs. · Experience managing offshore teams and supporting existing Salesforce applications. · Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. · Proficient in performing code reviews and handling deployments using Git Hub and Jenkins. · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Proactive approach to stay informed about platform enhancements and release updates. · Experience in coordinating with business stakeholders to prioritize work, plan sprints, and ensure smooth project delivery.
