Position Overview – Basic Functions & Responsibilities1. Conduct product demonstrations and applications for clients.2. Innovate and develop new product applications.3. Organize and facilitate baking classes at baking ingredients stores.4. Share pastry techniques and skills with clients.Primary Activities:
1. Demonstrate product applications to clients.2. Develop new application solutions for the company's products.3. Promote the company's application solutions to clients.4. Assist in resolving pastry-related issues for clients using the company's products.5. Provide technical training to clients.6. Establish and maintain a client database.7. Execute tasks assigned by superiors.Qualification Required1. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in pastry and baking.2. Basic computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.3. Ability to communicate in English with basic writing skills.4. Proficiency in Chinese communication would be an advantage.Work Environment1. The role may involve working in various settings, including central kitchens, bakeries, cake shops, baking ingredients stores, and cafes.2. Candidates must be willing to travel to other cities or countries as required.3. Additionally, flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays is necessary.4.
