Coupled with our seamless mass outreach capabilities, we compress recruitment timelines from many months to a few weeks across multiple therapeutic areas. Our AI Coordinator answers prospective patient questions based on the clinical trial documentation, schedules appointments, collects patient information, runs pre-qualification questionnaires, and assists with patient onboarding. We are already working with many of the largest US clinical research site networks. We are also an official partner of CRIO, a top-2 US clinical trial management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain complex JSON configurations for trial recruitment workflows
  • Set up and manage Zapier integrations, particularly with Meta advertising platform
  • Provide customers with implementation guidance
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, identify gaps, and coordinate solutions with the engineering team
  • Monitor and optimize recruitment funnel performance
  • Document processes and maintain operational procedures
  • Act as a quality gatekeeper for all customer-facing elements during setup
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience with JSON, Zapier, and Meta Business platform
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain structured documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable switching between multiple tools, systems, and priorities
  • Experience with calling API's with tools such as Postman
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with customer onboarding or implementation teams
  • Familiarity with basic data validation or API responses (e.g., via browser dev tools or Postman)
  • Understanding of how data flows between systems (basic integration logic)
  • Experience using tools like Github, or Jira for task tracking
  • Use and set up of data analytics via Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI tools
