Are you a skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Kronos solutions? We are seeking a talented professional to implement optimal Kronos solutions for clients. The role involves providing consultative and technical support to customers and internal teams, delivering projects aligned with Kronos implementation methodologies. You will work in complex environments requiring multi-product solutions, customization and integration with other third-party products. Responsibilities include: • Leading requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the client organisation. • Designing a solution that best fits client requirements while minimizing deviations from standard Kronos functionalities. • Preparing functional and technical solution design documents. • Collaborating with the offshore technical team to build the solution and clarify their queries. • Training core users of the client. • Managing client user acceptance tests. • Working with project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely billing. Key skills required for this role include: • Strong understanding of Kronos solutions and implementation methodologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in complex environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
