Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bethlehem, PA, for an Associate Director, Engagement Strategy. The Associate Director will lead and implement engagement strategies that foster strong connections among students, alumni, and faculty. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing programs, overseeing project management tasks, leading teams, and consulting with various campus departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
