We are looking for JD Edwards - OTC Sr Analyst, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
- Support JDE Environment
- Interface and relationship with client management and end-users
- Working hands on and should be able to fix the defects, Incidents, Service Requests. Work on Change requests.
- Perform Reviews for performance optimization, and best practices
- Create Functional Specification Documents
- Adhere to SLAs and Priorities, incident Management, Change Management process and committed to deliver.
And much better if you stand out for:
Experience:
- English Advanced/fluent
- Experience on JD Edwards Support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, communication, Independency, serf-organization
- Assess and write functional specification
- Inventory, Order and AR Management
- JDE BR localization setups/solutions
- NFe layout and NFe issuance workflow;
- JDE integration with other systems through EDI / Interoperability, SQL procedures;
Desirable Skills:
- Advanced English Proficiency* Agile methodology;
- Familiarity with JDE XE version;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps;
- Knowledge of Brazilian taxes legislation, NFe technical notes;
- Good functional understanding of manufacturing operations.
