If yes, then this role is for you What You’ll Do: ✅ Work independently with large and intricate datasets, construct and deploy data models tailored to business or analytical requirements. ✅ Collaborate across teams to understand problems, conceptualize analytics frameworks, and translate business problems into technical hypotheses. ✅ Design and evaluate analytical methods such as A/B testing, assess model performance, interpret experimental outcomes, and provide data‑driven recommendations. ✅ Conduct thorough analyses of operations, research market and industry trends, identify emerging patterns and opportunities, and consistently provide actionable insights via analytics reports and dashboards. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or above. 5+ years in data analytics, data science, or related fields. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages. Experience with ETL processes, statistical analysis, and dashboard creation. Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders. Experience in the Brazil market, with proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English; other LATAM languages are a bonus. ✔ Experience in the food & service delivery industry . ✔ Strong background in customer experience analytics .
