Personal Assistant (In-Person) – Fitness Business

I'm hiring a sharp, reliable full-time personal assistant to help me stay focused and on top of everything in my coaching business. This is an in-person role based in Rio de Janeiro —perfect for someone who's highly organised, detail-driven, and enjoys working behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Managing my calendar + scheduling client calls
  2. Running errands (appointments, deliveries, gear pickups)
  3. Filming short-form content (basic iPhone setup—no editing needed)
  4. Messaging prospects + handling basic inbox admin
  5. Logging leads + client info into my CRM
  6. Keeping things running smoothly day to day
You'll Need To Be:
  1. Based in Rio de Janeiro
  2. Proactive, trustworthy and efficient
  3. Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Calendar
  4. Happy to handle both business and personal support tasks
  5. English-speaking (Portuguese is a bonus)
