Legal Professionals: Job Opportunity. You will be responsible for managing and representing the company in Brazil, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. About this Role This is a leadership position that requires extensive experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or crypto. Qualifications You will need to have prior experience in leadership or management roles, along with a strong understanding of the Brazilian regulatory landscape and proficiency in Portuguese and English. Key Responsibilities Corporate Management : Lead the implementation of the business plan, aligning with HQ priorities and meeting operational and financial targets. Legal Representation : Act as the company's legal representative before the Central Bank of Brazil and other regulators, tax authorities, courts, financial institutions, partners, and suppliers. Regulatory Relationship : Maintain a constructive relationship with Brazilian regulators and self-regulatory bodies. Financial Stewardship : Approve budgets according to HQ instructions and ensure timely financial reporting. People Management : Build and lead the local leadership team and promote an ethical culture. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or crypto. Prior experience in leadership or management roles. Strong understanding of the Brazilian regulatory landscape. Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
