Job Title: Lead WordPress Developer A Senior WordPress Developer & Landing Page Team Lead Position Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead WordPress Developer to lead our team of developers in designing, building, and deploying high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic from various advertising platforms. You will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring pixel-perfect tracking setup across all campaigns, implementing and troubleshooting complex tracking scenarios, and optimizing landing page performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates. In addition, you will integrate and maintain seamless integrations between landing pages and CRM systems, ensure accurate lead capture, form submissions, and data synchronization, and implement custom workflows and automations to support campaign objectives. Technical Leadership and Team Management Skills: You will lead and mentor a team of developers, manage workload distribution across multiple projects, establish and enforce development standards, quality assurance protocols, and best practices. Requirements and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional WordPress development experience, direct experience managing technical execution of marketing campaigns, and a portfolio demonstrating high-converting landing pages personally built and deployed. They must be proficient in implementing Git-based version control, configuring Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines for WordPress, and automating deployment across environments and integrating unit and end-to-end tests into the workflow. A strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP, and VueJS is required, as well as experience with conversion tracking pixels across multiple platforms, knowledge of Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking implementations, and understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and conversion optimization principles.
