Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate international shipping: From purchase order to delivery, you’ll oversee the entire ocean freight process, ensuring everything is on track and compliant.
  • Lead by example: You’ll act as a mentor, sharing your expertise with colleagues and driving efficiency in every shipment.
  • Master financial accuracy: Handle billing, provide complex quotes, and ensure all financial components of shipments are precisely managed.
  • Foster strong client relationships: Be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are swiftly resolved.
  • Champion process improvements: Collaborate across teams to identify ways to make operations smoother and more efficient.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required; a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Global Forwarding, with a focus on impo & expo ocean freight.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); local language proficiency preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive, customer-first mindset.

Responsabilidades Principais

  • Gerenciar o transporte internacional: Desde o pedido de compra até a entrega, você supervisionará todo o processo de frete marítimo, garantindo que tudo esteja em conformidade e dentro do cronograma.
  • Liderar pelo exemplo: Você atuará como mentor(a), compartilhando sua expertise com colegas e aumentando a eficiência em cada remessa.
  • Garantir precisão financeira: Gerenciar faturas, fornecer cotações complexas e garantir que todos os componentes financeiros das remessas sejam tratados com precisão.
  • Fortalecer relacionamentos com clientes: Ser a pessoa de referência para nossos clientes, garantindo que suas necessidades sejam atendidas e que os problemas sejam rapidamente resolvidos.
  • Promover melhorias de processos: Colaborar com diversas equipes para identificar maneiras de tornar as operações mais eficientes.

Qualificações

  • Ensino médio completo ou equivalente; graduação em Cadeia de Suprimentos, Logística ou áreas correlatas é preferencial.
  • 3-5 anos de experiência em Global Forwarding, com foco em importação e exportação de frete marítimo.
  • Fluência em inglês (escrita e verbal); proficiência no idioma local é preferencial.
  • Habilidades avançadas no Microsoft Office e experiência com plataformas de logística.
  • Capacidade de prosperar em um ambiente dinâmico e com prazos curtos, com uma mentalidade proativa e focada no cliente.
