Crafting scalable, high-impact web solutions with clean, efficient code
**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Tech leads to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions
- Translate business and non-functional requirements into clean, maintainable code
- Ensure code quality with unit/integration testing and modern development practices
- Integrate internal and external systems for seamless functionality
- Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and manage deployments on DigitalOcean
- Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
**Required Technical & Professional Expertise**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor developers and collaborate with non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with database optimization (MySQL) and knowledge of server-side best practices.
- Basic understanding of DevOps, Kubernetes, and cloud hosting (DigitalOcean or similar).
- Extensive experience building, maintaining, or refactoring Laravel-based websites.
- Exposure to Angular or Ionic (useful for side projects) is a big plus.
- Experience with Elasticsearch for data indexing and search features and comfort with CI/CD tools (nice to have).
