What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) objectives
- Conduct patient registration and manage consignment inventory as required
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on CRM products and solutions
- Assist with obtaining customer purchase orders and identify customer needs to support sales
- Stay updated on new products and complete assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or Associate's Degree plus 4 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across various organizational levels
- Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., SalesForce.com)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
