Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $179,300 Eligibility for a company bonus based on performance Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a global healthcare leader Supportive work environment focused on improving global health Potential for travel both domestically and internationally up to 20-30% What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead and manage the GCP external audit program, including designing procedures for sponsor QA responsibilities Establish and provide risk-based quality oversight of GCP external organizations Support GCP operations in decision-making related to patient safety and product quality Ensure compliance of clinical study protocols with industry standards and facilitate GCP regulatory inspections Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and escalate quality-related issues as necessary What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical GCP operations or related quality technical role Solid understanding of applicable GCP regulations and quality risk management Experienced in auditing GCP processes and Quality Management Systems Proficient in MS Office and capable of working independently How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in managerial or leadership roles Familiarity with QA audits of clinical sites and third-party organizations Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with document management and tracking systems such as Veeva Multi-lingual capabilities a plus We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
