**The Opportunity**
Nutanix is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Brazil to join our Professional Services organization. The TAM is a technical Nutanix platform professional who helps to ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen customer relationships, and build trusted advisor relationships with Nutanix customers.
The Nutanix TAM acts as a single point of contact, customer advocate and provides direct access to Nutanix business functions (Support, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Executive Staff). Technical acumen in Virtualization and Data Center IT infrastructure (Storage, Compute, Networking) are core requirements with preferred industry experiences with Private/Public Cloud Services and leading Enterprise solutions (VDI, Converged Infrastructure, Distributed File Systems, DR/HA, Security) in large scale enterprise deployments involving direct customer-facing interaction.
**About the Team**
At Nutanix, you will join the Inside Technical Account Management team, consisting of 13 TAMs spread across Brazil. The team culture is collaborative and supportive, with professionals working together to achieve common goals.
You will report to **Dalila Vargas,** the Associate Manager, Technical Account Management.
As for travel requirements, there are none for this position, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional results while being based in either Mexico or Brazil.
**Your Role**
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with Nutanix customers
- Act as a single point of contact and customer advocate
- Provide direct access to Nutanix business functions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships
- Demonstrate technical acumen in Virtualization and Data Center IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor and mitigate potential issues in customer deployments
- Conduct regular operational reviews and health checks
**What You Will Bring**
- Fluent in **Portuguese**and **English** (spoken and written)
- 5+ years of enterprise datacenter environment experience.
- 3 to 4+ years of virtualization expertise.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in enterprise storage or networking.
- Extensive technical expertise in datacenter infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
