KCP Brazil Finance ManagerReporting into the LAO Finance Director and partnering with the Brazil Market Director, the KCP Brazil Finance Manager is a position that plays a critical role in implementing of the Country business strategy. The role provides leadership in managing our Brazil business operation, with functional accountability for Finance management. The scope of the role includes delivery of business results through strategic business planning and execution, business analytics, organizational leadership, accounting/financial controls, risk management, revenue growth management and budgeting.This person will be a business partner of the Cluster Director, ensuring that the vision, plans and strategy developed are properly and successfully implemented. This might include supporting a large-scale organizational shift like rapid growth or leading the change to implement a turnaround plan.**Key Responsibilities**:- Financial responsibility (Full accountability and control of KCP P&L in Brazil, planning), and special focus on cost transformation- Coordination of different areas (HR, sales, marketing, legal, etc..) to ensure the projects focused on delivering the strategy for Brazil are properly implemented in the region- Assure robust control environment- Business sparring partner of commercial areas- Build talent by developing and retaining the finance team while raising the performance bar- Reinforce relationship and build trust with the Brazil consumer organization and find common areas of improvement for both divisions, with special focus in cost management**Qualifications**:- Bachellor degree mandatory. Master’s Degree or MBA preferred- Previous experiende in broad financial experience, with generalist profile, in different areas: tax, control, FP&A, accounting- Proven track of strategic thinking and progressive professional advancement- Strong track record of results delivery - financial, process/systems/tools, and capability development- Experience and knowledge with Brazil tax system- Knowledge in the areas of Cost Control as well as product supply finance (internal and external manufacturing)- Experience with evaluation and analysis of business unit information and making actionable recommendations that deliver results- Previous exposure to managing the finance function and being able to coordinate the different areas: HR, legal, sales, marketing, and other departments- Demonstrated experience in business turnaround situations, where problem solving and coordinating skills were used to implement meaningful changes.**Soft Skills**:- Demonstrated highly developed influencing skills to drive the decisions, strong interpersonal and organizational sensitivity- Project management skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills and appropriate executive presence required for effective interactions with senior members of the KCP organization- Presentation and Fluent English skills are a must- Personal drive and tenacity**Global VISA and Relocation Specifications**:**Primary Location**Brazil -Sao Paulo**Additional Locations****Worker Type**Employee**Worker Sub-Type**Regular**Time Type**Full time
