Data Engineering Leadership OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of data engineers, providing technical direction and mentorship while ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and data operations. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure high-quality solutions. End-to-End Ownership: Architect, implement, and optimize data pipelines that process and transform large‑scale datasets efficiently and reliably. Orchestration and Automation: Design scalable workflows using orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in data engineering, strong programming skills in Python, and expertise in building and optimizing ETL pipelines. They should also have extensive experience with Snowflake or equivalent data warehouses and orchestration tools like Apache Airflow. Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of messaging queues and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team. Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines. Ensure high-quality solutions through thorough testing and optimization. Requirements 8+ years of experience in data engineering. Strong programming skills in Python. Expertise in building and optimizing ETL pipelines. Experience with Snowflake or equivalent data warehouses. Extensive knowledge of Apache Airflow and other orchestration tools. Understanding of messaging queues and containerization tools.
