**We help the world run better****PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**:Application specific solution consulting for S/4HANA Manufacturing (PP/PP-PI/QM) Implementation: Prepare, setup and conduct Fit-to-Standard Workshops, identify Deltas and GAP´s, create deliverables according to the SAP Activate Methodology like Business Scenario Design Document, Functional Specifications and Test Cases. Configure the system and prepare it for the manufacturing tests in PP/PP-PI/QM. Support test execution, key user training, go-live, and post go-live.Support in escalated projectsPerformance of feasibility studies / solution reviewsSupport of pre-sales activities such as commercial proposals**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:Full responsibility of an end-to-end implementation for the Manufacturing solutions (PP/PP-PI/QM) in a projectBe familiar with the SAP Activate Methodology to execute its tasks and deliverables accordinglyHave a clear knowledge of the Manufacturing Scope Items in the SAP Best Practices, to provide recommendations based on standard processes and positioning SAP Fiori appsMake customer presentations to demonstrate the solutionGood understanding of cross-industry requirements and needsProvide clear documentation of Deltas and Gaps to be used as an input for Project Managers and Development factoriesExplain SAP S/4HANA main changes compared with SAP ERPTaking over responsibility from time-to-time as a sub project team leaderTakes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasksAct as a Manufacturing Solution Architect, demonstrating deep knowledge of the Manufacturing solutionsSelf-study of new Manufacturing features coming to the S/4HANA on every release**WORK EXPERIENCE**:Demonstrated Functional Experience in the SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management as ConsultantHas experience with minimum of four full-cycle implementations, and at least one full-cycle implementation in the S/4HANA (preferably in the S/4HANA latest versions)Proven experience in MTS, MTO, Rework and Subcontracting scenarios. Experience in ETO or JIT is a plusDeep knowledge in the Production Planning Process (Demand Planning, LTP, MRP, Capacity Planning)Deep knowledge on Production Planning and Execution for Discrete Manufacturing, PP-PI, PP-REM and their interfaces with other logistics modules (SD, MM, QM, EWM, CO, PM)Desirable: knowledge in other Supply-Chain or Manufacturing solutions like aATP, PP/DS, DDMRP, Kanban, PEO, VC, ECM, PM, PS and integration with MII and/or other shop-floor systems is a plusDeep knowledge in the Quality Management Processes for Goods Receipt, Goods Issues, Production, Stock and Calibration.
