The Freelance Tech Interviewer will be responsible for conducting video interviews with candidates, utilizing industry-specific coding questions. The individual will also provide unbiased assessments and feedback based on the candidates' technical skills and performance during the interviews.QualificationsProficiency in Python, LLM (Language Model), and Machine LearningExperience in Data AnalyticsAbility to conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' technical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsMinimum of 10 years of experience as a developerFamiliarity with industry-specific coding questionsExperience working remotely and independentlyPrevious interviewing experience is a plusFluency in English and Spanish is preferred
