A equipe da Amazon Logística está em busca de um(a) Líder de Time para se juntar à equipe da AMZL Brasil em nossa Delivery Station de Salvador-BA. Essa pessoa trabalhará presencialmente, em escalas previamente acordadas. Quatro áreas principais de atuação: Segurança, Qualidade, Experiência do cliente e Produtividade. Você e sua equipe serão responsáveis por garantir a saúde e qualidade da operação para garantir que os produtos estejam disponíveis para clientes da Amazon. Key job responsibilities Revisão dos planos de trabalho e definição de requisitos de produtividade para produção, visando atender aos objetivos gerais da operação. Parceria com outros Líderes de Operações para equilibrar o trabalho, garantindo que haja turnos equilibrados e eficientes enquanto todos atendem os objetivos da operação. Apoio a todos os programas de saúde e segurança para garantir um ambiente de trabalho seguro para todos os associados. Identificação e liderança proativa de iniciativas de melhoria de processos e ferramentas Lean. #J-18808-Ljbffr
