There will be a strategy and data analysis assessment project as a part of the recruiting process. We are looking for a Paid Social Marketing Specialist to join our Accounts Team, supporting the management and optimization of advertising campaigns for high-growth Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce brands. In this role, you will focus on the hands-on execution of campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and Snap, ensuring daily performance aligns with ROAS, CPA, and CAC objectives. Reporting to the Director of Accounts, you will work to maintain, adjust, and enhance campaign performance. Additional experience with Paid Search platforms and strategies such as Google and Bing will be considered a valuable skillset. Key Responsibilities: Execute, monitor, and optimize Paid Social campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and Snap Implement audience targeting, creative placement, and bidding strategies Apply tracking templates, URL parameters, and conversion tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance against client's Source-of-Truth goals Prepare performance reports and provide supporting analysis for internal strategy discussions. Stay informed of platform updates, new tools, and emerging best practices to apply in execution. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Paid Social
