Full Stack Lead Developer

**ADP is hiring a Lead Full Stack Software Developer**

In this role, you will be building the Roll product, one of the most important Human Capital Management solutions at ADP and in the world. Roll by ADP is the first chat-based payroll app for small business.
You will start your day on a scrum call to sync up the sprint work and goal with your team. You will spend most of your day designing, developing and testing your code and supporting your team members. Every week you will be able to deploy your code in production using automated continuous integration and continuous deployment.
You don't need to know every technology, but you're an enthusiastic creator who stays current and looks forward to trying new code. You're always looking for new ways to make tools better for our users.
You will work closely with a small team of front-end designers, data scientists, developers, and research specialists who will value your expertise in software programming, latest web technologies and frameworks. You are comfortable collaborating, but equally capable of working independently.
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:
- Minimum 8 years working experience with Node.js, REST and JSON
- Minimum 8 years working experience with ReactJS, Webpack and Typescript
- Strong understanding of object oriented design and MVC patterns
- Advanced or Fluent English skills (medium to high capacity to interact with other teams)
**BONUS POINTS FOR THESE**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline is desired
- Programming skills on other languages such as Java, PHP or Python
- Good understanding of agile development and continuous integration
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores, i.e. GraphQL, MySQL and Redis
- Experience with systems across multiple platforms Linux, UNIX, and Windows
- Experience with open source software
- Understanding of web security practices

- Collaborate with business analysts to define software requirements for programming effort
- Support production software operations, test and debug programs
- Report progress and status of assigned tasks to project teams and managers
