Qualifications Essential Qualifications and Education: Doctor Degree in Medicine and registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM). Certifications in advanced life support, such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Advanced English CBSP and HUET NR 32 and NR 37 Minimum experience of 02 years in Emergency Medicine or Intensive Care Preferred Qualifications and Education: Desirable offshore experience Responsibilities Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Perform initial diagnoses and treatments, stabilizing patients until they can be transferred to medical facilities on land, if necessary Implement disease prevention and health promotion programs Monitor and control outbreaks of infectious diseases on board Manage the stock of medicines and medical equipment, ensuring that they are always available and in good condition Keep detailed records of all care and procedures performed Train staff on first aid procedures and use of emergency equipment Conduct educational sessions on occupational health and safety Work with safety engineers, occupational safety technicians and other professionals to ensure a safe work environment Participate in occupational health and safety meetings Ensure that all medical activities comply with regulatory standards, such as NR-30 and NR-37 Provide ongoing guidance and training to the Nurse on medical and emergency procedures In emergency situations, the Doctor makes critical decisions and guides the Nurse in carrying out the necessary procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
