**Data Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing processes to maintain the integrity and quality of the data, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors.
**Analysis and Interpretation**: Utilize statistical techniques and analytical tools to analyze data sets, identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the IT services domain.
**Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
**Client Data Analysis**: Analyze client-specific data to understand their needs, preferences, and usage patterns, contributing insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools to prioritize and follow up on prospects in a timely manner.
