Customs Clearance Coordinator Job Description This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of customs clearance processes. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage customs clearance activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a deep understanding of customs procedures and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate customs clearance processes, including documentation preparation and submission Manage customs declarations, certifications, and permits Monitor and analyze customs fees and charges Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve logistics efficiency Required Skills and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field At least 1 year of experience in customs clearance or related field Familiarity with customs regulations, procedures, and systems Desirable Qualifications: Professional certifications in customs clearance, such as CCPA or CCAA Experience with customs software and technology Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our organization.
