We care about wellbeing, community engagement and our planet – we plant a tree for every person placed in a job globally We have a passion for growth, including investing in the development of our people.Role DescriptionThis role is a hybrid schedule from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm Brazilian Time.The Delivery Centre is based in Braziland is designed to add unique value to our client solutions whilst helping the company achieve its key strategic business goals.The Global Recruiters are responsible for supporting the global talent banking practices of qualified multi-sector candidates that match the experience, skill set, and knowledge of client job requirements that the Delivery Centre supports globally.Principle Accountabilities:Ensure all candidates are screened with the correct skillset experience and qualifications.Use all available resources and networks to successfully source new candidates (Job Boards, LinkedIn etc) for active and prospective opportunities.Constantly source candidate pools across the PIE (Process, Infrastructure, Energy) to ensure a “live” network of candidates are available to react to any new requirements that may arise.Deliver excellent internal service to Sales, Recruitment and Management functions within the main hub and global hubs.Post and monitor job openings/responses on various web search engines and the Airswift website.Fully utilise the use of the company’s Candidate Management System, web searches, networking, and advertising.Interface weekly with the other Recruiters/Sales Consultants within the group, sharing best practices and market sector intelligence.Demonstrate market knowledge across the PIE industry by gathering intelligence from candidates, client interactions and industry press articles.Report on lead generation performance, demonstrating accountability and commitment to identifying new opportunities.Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing candidates within their assigned industry and discipline.Consistently research and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information and then acting upon the information by sharing it with Sales/Recruitment Functions.Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed).Dutch language.Experience working in a recruitment agency is a plus.Experience working in the Energy industry is a plus.Dynamic personality with the ability to work with well-defined processes.Ambitious goals with the ability to handle themselves under pressure in a fast-paced, competitive and KPI-focused environment.What we can offer youAttractive monthly base salary + competitive commission/performance bonus.Genuine career progression opportunities, either locally or globallyWorld-class training programmes and development opportunities.Virtual Onboarding Events exclusively for new hires.Team driven environment, supportive culture with a focus on work-life balance.Career breaks available after one year.Real time recognition through our employee reward platform.Mental Health First Aiders to signpost you to support when you need it.Yearly destination trips as part of our High Flyers program (Dubai, Buenos Aires, etc…)Charity days for various important causes such as Relay for Life and Earth Day.Our Core Values:
