If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we’d love to meet you What you will doDesign and implement end-to-end AI solutions for clients across various industries and use cases; Build sophisticated LLM applications using RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows; Develop custom ML models for client-specific challenges including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics; Independently assess, clean, and engineer features from complex, messy datasets; Own the complete data pipeline from ingestion through model training and deployment; Lead technical discovery sessions and solution architecture discussions with client stakeholders; Present technical concepts and project outcomes to executive leadership and technical teams; Mentor junior engineers and establish AI/ML best practices across client engagements; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders; Contribute to internal R&D initiatives and thought leadership in AI/ML. MUST HAVES5+ years of professional software development experience with strong fundamentals; 5+ years deploying production machine learning systems at scale; 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, including API integration and local deployment; Strong data engineering and data science expertise—you can work with raw, unstructured data and transform it into ML-ready datasets; Proficiency with data manipulation tools: pandas, NumPy, SQL, and big data frameworks (Spark, Dask); Expert-level Python proficiency with deep knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face); Proven experience with modern AI techniques: RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, and agentic systems; Strong cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) with containerization and orchestration experience; Experience building scalable microservices, APIs, and ML inference pipelines; Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight; Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership; Consulting mindset with ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; Track record of leading technical projects from conception to production deployment; Upper-Intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVESPrevious consulting or client-facing engineering experience; Experience across multiple industries (fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.); Advanced statistical analysis and experimentation design experience; Experience with streaming data platforms and real-time ML systems; Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or technical publications; Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and deployment automation; Background in data engineering and large-scale data processing; Advanced degrees in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical fields; Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
