We are looking for a talented Sr Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Guarulhos, SP | CBL . Impact Providing guidance and support to the Intercompany team on local and regional projects. Ensuring proper application of intercompany accounting policies and processes. Supervising a team of accounting clerks, allocating work based on skills, availability, and development needs. Recommending process and procedural improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounting function. Coaching and mentoring team members, conducting performance assessments, and providing constructive feedback. Driving process improvement initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring accountability. Performing root cause analyses on complex accounting issues and recommending effective solutions. Promoting a culture of quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement across the team. Key Competencies Communicates effectively – develops and delivers clear messages that suit diverse audiences. Financial Internal Controls – designs and maintains effective internal controls to ensure compliance and data integrity. Financial Regulations Acumen – applies knowledge of tax, accounting, and financial regulations to ensure compliance and educate stakeholders. Decision quality – makes sound, timely decisions that move the organization forward. Requirements & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Strong Brazilian Tax knowledge.
