Job Description
Refrigerator Product Manager, responsible for the entire category strategy development, having straight and daily contact with all related areas such as Marketing, Sales team, E-store and HQ in order to execute tactical actions that will provide market participation increase following the main division KPI’s.
Responsible for PSI analysis (Sell In, Sell Out, Channel Inventory, WOS and Market Share), Market trend and demand analysis, Price Management, New Product Introduction, Marketing Strategy briefing and P&L analysis.
Roles and responsibilities:
- PSI Management: Sell In, Sell Out, Channel Inventory, WOS and Market Share analyzes
- Channel Strategy: responsible for setting the correct channel strategy for each product based on profitability and sales strategy
- Market Analyzes: market trends, competitors’ movements, market demand, market share
- New Product Introduction: setting the correct schedule for each product launch and developing the Go to market strategy with all related areas.
- Price Management
Background & Experience
- Graduated, MBA is a plus.
- 5 years working in Product Management, Planning or Marketing
- Cross-functional employee, being able to communicate with other areas and to build a team that works with the same objectives.
- English: advanced
