We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team building SAS, an enterprise decision‑making platform that automates sourcing needs to save time and money for businesses. This role focuses on developing and maintaining our sophisticated microservices architecture with Spring Boot, GraphQL, and enterprise‑grade patterns. Key Responsibilities API Gateway: Request routing, authentication, rate limiting, audit logging Identity Service: User management, JWT tokens, multi‑tenant authentication Parts Service: GraphQL API, complex data relationships, search optimization RFQ Service: Business workflow processing, event‑driven architecture Required Experience & Skills Core Backend Technologies : Java 19 with Spring Boot 3.0.13, Spring Web / WebFlux (Reactive), Spring Data JPA with Hibernate 6.x, Spring Security with OAuth2, Spring Cloud Gateway, Spring Cloud AWS Database : PostgreSQL 42.6.1, JPA/Hibernate with Hypersistence Utils, Flyway database migrations, multi‑tenant schema‑per‑tenant architecture API & Integration : RESTful APIs, GraphQL (Spring GraphQL), OpenAPI 3.0 with Swagger UI, JSON Schema validation; AWS S3, AWS SQS, AWS SNS, event‑driven architecture, messaging and queuing patterns Security : JWT token management, OAuth2 Resource Server, role‑based access control (RBAC), multi‑tenant data isolation Salary Range USD 3,000 – 4,000 Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Engineering and Information Technology / Furniture and Home Furnishings Manufacturing Equal Opportunity Employer AVANTO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
