Job Summary

This role reports to the Director, IT GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). This position supports the overall SAP User Security role design and Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) practice in SAP. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of SAP User Security role design and architecture, maintaining the SAP GRC ruleset, risk and control mapping and monitoring for new functionality and risk scenarios that need to be configured. Support System Administration and COE teams in SAP user role administration process and change management.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis and reporting support for sales, order, pipeline, and cost information.
• Design, develop, and support SAP roles and authorizations to ensure secure access and compliance.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and develop security solutions.
• Conduct security and compliance efforts and perform internal IT control assessments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP security issues and incidents.
• Document and manage security and compliance procedures
• Coordinate the testing of IT general controls and technical controls to ensure that specific security and compliance requirements are met by verifying documented processes, procedures, and standards to validate maintenance of secure configurations.
• Maintain the necessary documentation of all application security standards and compliance artifacts
• Perform data analytics for application security compliance.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's or master's degree and approximately 2-3 years of related work experience
• Expertise in SAP authorizations, including role design and role development.
• Experience creating technical documentation
• Ability desire to take initiative to communicate, interact, and cooperate with others to ensure that all aspects of a task are addressed
• Demonstrated ability to provide high quality customer service to internal customers
• Strong understanding of information security management principles, application security implementation methodologies, application and role-based access controls,
• Experience testing controls, sensitive access, and segregation of duties.
• Able to independently plan and prioritize multiple assignments to meet expectations of time and quality in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Basic project management and client service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced technical English for reading and writing.
• Flexibility to work across multiple lines of business as well as geographies
• Excellent communication skills include engaging with technical and non-technical groups in finding solutions to issues.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance (GRC), and regulatory requirements related to AI systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience as a consultant or client-servicing professional.
• Knowledge of internal controls, with relation to applications and business processes. Foundational understanding of audit methodology
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Demonstrated knowledge in one or more areas of industry or functional specialty
• Ability to identify ** areas for efficiency and improvements
