Responsibilities:

• Manage the team, following up on activities, aligning expectations, providing feedback, training, approving and adjusting time sheets, evaluating performance, and ensuring the development of the team and the achievement of organizational objectives;
• Supervise the activities performed by the team, monitoring regional indicators;
• Train and update sector supervisors and technicians on Telemont's work procedures;
• Receive and monitor service and maintenance schedules, ensuring the fulfillment of defined goals;
• Monitor and intervene in areas that are harming indicators, creating recycling training with the team;
• Conduct internal meetings in an organized and objective manner, aiming for results;
• Prepare requests for hiring, equipment, and materials to meet team demands;
• Control work schedules and ensure demand is met, making necessary adjustments;
• Report results to coordination and management;
• Comply with SSMA policies, procedures, norms, manuals, and regulations, promoting and supporting the continuous improvement of the Management System;
• Restore basic and advanced computer settings;
• Configure routers and modems;
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area;
• Perform other activities of the same nature, level of complexity, and responsibility.

Requirements:

• Complete higher education in Engineering, Administration, or related courses;
• NR-10 - Electrical Installation and Services Safety;
• Driver's license B;
• Desirable 06 months of experience in the function;
• Knowledge of ADSL, LA, DTH technology, and installation and maintenance processes;
• Technical course in Electrotechnics;
• Advanced Office package;
• NR-6 - Personal Protective Equipment - EPI;
• NR-7 - Occupational Health Medical Control Program;
• NR-18 - Working Conditions and Environment in the Construction Industry;
• NR-35 - Work at Height;
• NR-12 - Safety in Work with Machines and Equipment.
